Greg help my wife and I in the purchase of a condo in Naples.We spent a good amount of time looking at different condos around the Naples area. He was great he stuck with us as we consumed his time, he answered all of our numerous questions about real estate dealings like regualr real estate, short sales, forclosures, Greg knew about them all. Our final choice with Greg's help was a condo in Blue Herron in Naples. We live in Wisconsin, as we zeroed in on our final choice Greg took a 101 photos of the condo and e-mailed them to us. Coming from Canada we had a lot of questions and to be honest some concerns buying in another country. Greg's friendly relaxed manner made us comfortable asking questions. Greg explained everything in detail, he showed us exactly the type of properties we had an interest in, and at no time did we feel any pressure. From negotiating the purchase offer to contract to appraisal to closing, Greg helped us complete the process all the while were in NY. Greg was superb in communicating with us during the entire process, taking pictures, transmitting documents, and providing contacts. Greg will be our realty agent in the future and we have given his name to our friends looking to buy in the Naples area.

Greg's performance in selling our Naples Condo was exceptional! Within hours of providing Greg with necessary information our posting was made with a number of the real estate sites and the next day we were showing our home. Every day thereafter we had multiple showings which ultimately resulted in selling our home within 7 days. Our timetable for selling and buying a new home out of state was very tight but we were able to accomplish both with ease. Greg's network was impressive and his video again was exceptional.
