Gus Albers

My fiance's sister and her husband highly recommended Gus to us, they're very picky and good judges of character. They were definitely right. He went far above and beyond what I expected. Gus sold my house and got us a great house of our own. He worked well with the other agents and we really gave him some challenges. We liked this one house a lot, but the sellers were asking too much, so he came up with a very creative offer to make sure it sold where it appraised. Everyone was covered in case it appraised too high or too low ... It appraised on the actual dollar that he predicted. We're loving our new house now. We were extremely picky, so the process took a while. The one bright spot in all of this was how Gus always got back to us right away and that he probably really knows more than anyone in this area does about real estate. He's on the board of realtors and has a whole lot of experience. The bottom line is that I wish everyone conducted themselves with the kind of dedication that Gus has shown us. Update: Since helping us, Gus also helped another family member find a great home in this tough market!
