Would never recommend her. She's awful. Not only did she not help out with the open house, when it was time to close she was "out of the area" and left me to do everything myself. (Mind you she did not mention this previous to the offer negotiation.) We got considerably less due to incorrect marketing attempts. She used it to market herself and not our house. She also had recommendations for contractors to help with some renovations and they were just as horrible. If you're smart you would not use her to sell your house. Unless you want to do all the work, be pushed to move ASAP so she can hurry up and sell, hold open houses without her attendance or help, and all around want the worst service possible. You're better off getting your license and doing it yourself. (Honestly have no idea how she got hers.)

I read a review and unfortunately I ignored it now I regretted. Lucia only cares about her commission and does it care about the buyer best interest. We did a transaction on January 2018, couple days after the closing date we discover that the seller did not disclose a flood and I was covered with lots of baking soda and new carpet. We informed lucia and send pictures and she came to see it and said that the sellers were nice people and she believes they did not do it in person and she was going to talk to them and ask to reimburse us $1,600 as of today July we still waiting and she doesn’t even respond to my texts.
