I was looking for a realtor to buy our first house, lucky through yelp got to know Helen and Susanna. Being first time home buyers there are a lot of things one can be ignorant about, but we were extremely lucky to have Susanna who is very knowledgable. She guided us through every step and told us what exactly to look for in a new home. Not only are they good at what they do, but have great personalities. Susanna showed us a few listings based on our preferences and finally we found one in less than 2 weeks of our search. They also introduced us to an amazing loan agent. I felt very comfortable giving my honest opinion for every house we saw, they really respect your decision and never will they force you to buy a house unlike my previous realtor. Susanna is extremely patient, she answered all my questions throughout the whole process.Overall we had a great experience and it was a pleasure working with them. If you are looking for a realtor I'd highly recommend Susanna and Helen. You cannot go wrong by choosing them as your realtor. Not only did I find a good realtor, but two good friends through the home buying process:)

This review is long overdue. I have known Helen for a few years now, and have done multiple transactions with her. I also sent a few friends to her and they all successfully closed transactions with her help with great ease and success. Not all agents/brokers are equal. When you have an easy deal, you may not notice the difference among agents. It is when you have a tough deal that the agent shines through. Helen is by far the best agent that I have ever dealt with. I had several difficult deals with unreasonable counterparts and she managed to settle them all. There were also times when she would honestly tell me that we should walk away from a deal, and we did, and subsequently she found me a better deal. She is very honest and holds the highest standard of her work. She works hard, is literally available 24/7. I sometimes send her emails in the middle of the night and she replies immediately! Her team members are also great. I have worked with Peter, a very experienced veteran in real estate. He is very astute in picking a winning property. They know both Northern and Southern California markets very well.

We bought our first home through Haylen Group. Both Helen and Susana are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, we had many questions and uncertainties, both Helen and Susana are always very patient in answering our questions. They made our experience smooth and pain free. Helen and Susana worked closely with us before, during, and after we bought our house. Even after one year after we purchased our home, they sent us a reminder for necessary repairs to the builder. All in all, we really enjoyed working with Haylen Group and highly recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a house to choose them.

I have enjoyed working with Helen in my search for commercial real estate. She enlisted the help of Tim Tran from the Ivy Group and together they guided my search to find the right property for my business. It was a 5-month journey that afforded me a number of lessons about commercial real estate but ultimately ended well thanks to her diligence, negotiating skills, and network of professional contacts. Helen and Tim successfully negotiated a good deal for the purchase of a commercial property that will allow my business to grow and control its own destiny.
