She’s a scammer, lied, manipulative, person. She would tell people lies that she’s investor but no license in financing. She’d tell people she’s a broker but just an Realestate agent. She has no broker license. Most of her transaction are under bribery to share her commission with the buyer $1,500 to the buyer which is illegal. She’s in lawsuit because she owed a person $200,000 which didn’t pay interest she’s promised to pay. She would take picture with big mansion and many acres land just to show off to people that want to scam them. Her word is investing with her project this project that. But not. She’d take the money to pay someone else that she owed. She’s a scammer of elderly people. Lately, she took people’s (elderly) money under the business name Rim Rock. Big time lier. She lied she own many billion dollars building in San Francisco. Or whoever she meet in whatever State, she’d lie that she has properties in that area. But all lied. If she treat you to dinner, because she’s fishing for your money, job, and property information. She’s in trouble with the law. So, buyer and seller, beware. I’m just looking out for the public.
