Holly was great to work with. We had done our homework and knew what we were looking for and what items we could were flexible. Holly did a good job of selecting homes which were for the most part a good match for us. We also had a very limited time in which to decide upon a home. When the decision was made Holly helped with the dialogue between the other realtors and the homeowners. We felt that she could have been a little more aggressive in negotiations however. We felt that we knew what the price of the home should have been and we suggested that an appraisal was called for. We paid for the appraisal and were right about the price.
