I loved working with Richard and his broker support, Misty. They are both very knowledgeable and were easy to work with. They both have great personalities, quick to respond, can answer any question, and extremely helpful during the whole process. They are the types that won't push you into something for the sake of making a sale. They really take into consideration your budget and most important features you want in your home. They also recommended a great lender, home inspector, and lawyer for closing (the closing was actually quite fun and entertaining). I look forward to working with them in the future.
