Ida Schwartz

I have worked with Ida on four condos in the last several years. Both condos that I sold were sold by Ida at a new high-water mark for comparable units in the buildings. Also, both times that I was ready to move, Ida has done a great job of understanding my criteria, helping me understand the pro's and con's of the different buildings and -- most of all --- guiding the tactics in negotiating a contract and handling the bumps that come up between contract an close.

Ida helped us buy a second unit in our building and was very helpful in negotiating an acceptable price. Since then, we have seen her in the building many times and she has always been very friendly. This morning we saw her meeting a repair person for a unit she had rented for our neighbor. This is not normally a function of a real estate agent, but Ida goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are very happy. If we ever sell either of our units, we will be sure to give the listing to Ida.

Ida was just great to work with. Her knowledge and expertise was truly impressive. She helped us buy a property and sell one. Her guidelines were right on target. She also was easy to contact and got back to us in a truly timely manner. Her personality was a great match for us. She gets what the client want.
