16 Years working exclusively in The Villages ( America's Adult Disney World ). I started my career in The Villages by working for The Villages Sales Office also known as "Properties of The Villages". I worked for them from 2000 to 2009. I then left and went to work for ERA/Grizzard Real Estate in June of 2009 until the Present. I not only have a Real Estate "Broker's" license but I also possess a State of Florida Contractors License as well as a State of Florida Home Inspector License. Not only do I have these licenses but I also have a designation of a GRI which is Graduate of the Realtors Institute. This is equivalent to a college degree in Real Estate.
