Irene Suh

I STRONGLY don't recommend not to Hire Both of Irene Suh and Eunyoung Oh in Elim if you don't want to get in trouble in buying house. Eunyoung Oh was a buyer's realtor and Irene Suh was her broker. Here is what happened back in October, 2018 my Earnest money was jeopardized due to their ignorance on real estate matters. First, she(Eunyoung Oh) never reviewed our contract and never gave us any information about finance contingency when our loan was delayed. she keep avoiding any responsibility by insisting that she is just referral when I get in trouble with lender and builder. when we tried to cancel the new home being built at that time. She( Eunyoung Oh) was very rude to us and she never gave us any advice to cancel rather than helping Their are the worst agents ever we met. she(Eunyoung Oh)was very rude, degrading and very unprofessional. she lost a sale due to the manner in which he dealt with my family and ignorance on real estate.

Eunyoung Oh did a great job fighting for our house and went above and beyond. We did not have sufficient information about home buying process. She was very patient with our questions and helped us find a home that we like. We are very pleased with the whole experience. As first time home buyers, working with Eunyoung was amazing. Would work with her again.
