Irene Yanez

Irene is a life-long resident of Lockhart. Her success in real estate spans a number of years in dedication and record sales. She was first licensed in 1984 and worked for a number of years for other companies as a million-dollar producer before coming to Countywide Realty in 1991; eighteen years ago! She's been a million dollar producer year after year at Countywide. In 1987, Irene was Caldwell County Board of Realtors President; in 1990 and 1991 she was the Board secretary/treasurer. Irene was named Hispanic Businesswoman of the Year in 1992. She is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors. Irene prefers residential real estate as a specialty. She is fluent in Spanish and is extremely knowledgeable in residential finance to include FHA, VA, USDA, and con- ventional.
