Ivan Hovis Gobern is one of the Triangle’s most trusted real estate partners. Hovis Gobern's family moved to Wake County from rural North Carolina in the 1950s. Ivan is proud of both his Triangle roots and national experience. He has lived and worked in Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago and San Francisco with most of the last decade back home in Raleigh. Ivan earned his state broker’s license, national REALTOR ® designation, is a Strategic Pricing Specialist®, a USAA Preferred Agent , Cartus Network Affinity Specialist and gives back through Co-Chairing the Wake Realtor Foundation's Community Service Committee and a host of other local non-profit organizations.
