Jacob was amazing. He reached out to me and my family was not really ready to buy but he stayed in contact with us and sent us homes daily/weekly thru email until he found our dream home and that dream came true. I would give him a higher review than a 5 if I could! He will get it done and will always have your best interest first!

Jacob is awesome! He has been looking for a house for my husband and I to flip. As Kentucky licensed home inspectors, we know what a good realtor looks like... and Jacob is far and away one of the Best! He drove over an hour just to show us a house that he wouldn't have even made much commission on. He is constantly scouring the listings and sending us potentials (we are looking for something severely underpriced) and he just keeps plugging on. Super nice guy and you can tell he's in your corner.

Our buying experience with Jacob Jones was excellent! We traveled from out of state and knew nothing about the city. We had 3 days in Lexington during a peak buying time to secure a home contract. He was available to us daily and showed 10 homes to us over the course of 3 days and we left with a house under contract as planned. He is extremely knowledgeable and I felt we could trust him to successfully navigate us through to closing with no issues. He was our boots on the ground after we went back home. He stayed in contact with us, the lender, and listing agent and was very responsive to any questions anybody had along the way. He is one smart guy that will go far in this business.
