Since my arrival here to Colorado in 1978, I have seen many changes and substantial growth in the Denver Metro Area. I decided to join the real estate industry following in the footsteps of my father, Alonzo Williams, who was a Realtor® for twenty years. I obtained my real estate license in 1985 and purchased my first home in Denver’s Baker neighborhood. I left the industry to pursue a career with Mountain Bell, US West and finally Qwest. After acknowledging my passion for affordable housing, I returned to the industry in 2003 with a whole new outlook on serving the community…educating and assisting first-time home buyers.
