Jake McGuire

Jake was extremely helpful in the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. He made himself available each time I requested his help and was very knowledgeable about every detail. He explained all details to me clearly and concisely. I highly recommend Jake!

I have worked with Jake to both buy and sell and I would give him the highest recommendation. Jake really went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted and negotiate a fair price. Very knowledgeable and excellent follow up!

Jake helped us both sell our old house and find a new one. He was very helpful in helping us prepare to put our house on the market and really helped us find the perfect new home. I highly recommend Jake McGuire if you are looking to sell or buy a new house!

As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect from/during this process. Jake was simply incredible. He was very patient with me at times He helped out with every possible aspect I could think of. If there was something he was unsure of, he would either go to great lengths to find out or pointed me in the right direction. I would absolutely recommend him (and have) to anyone wanting to purchase a home in the KC area.

Jake's attention to detail helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We were out of state for most of our search. Seeing a house online does not compare to walking through the front door. He went and viewed each of these houses for us, gave his honest feedback based on our needs, and made the process simple
