James Patton is a Stellar Realtor! He did an outstanding job of listing and showing our house. The proof is that it sold in two days with three over asking offers. It didnt end there. He continued every step of the way guiding what could have been a ball of snakes into what was actually a seamless transaction. Even working with our other realtor Idaho making sure that both houses closed Perfectly with no missteps. I cant say enough about how happy we are. Thank you, James!

Where to begin?... My wife and I started our home buying experience in August of 2019. We drove blindly to an open house in Orange only to find out the home had sold. We were greeted by the agent who was running the open house, James "The Bearded Agent" Patton. From the moment we met James, we noticed the confidence of an agent with years of experience. James is one of the hardest working Realtors I've seen. He worked so hard with my friend and I to get into a place.
