Jan was awesome! Took awhile to sell my old place, but it finally went. When finding the new one in Waxhaw....we got it quickly at the price I could afford and the area I wanted! Smooth transactions and great recommendation for contractor to get my old place ready for sale with out breaking my budget! Thanks Jan! Very highly recommended!!!
