Jan Rhees

After 35 years in the entertainment industry I was inspired by actors I worked with to invest in real estate. After owning multiple homes and properties I became a licensed realtor. For the last several decades I have loved representing an amazing clientele, some who have continued to work with me from the beginning to this day. My experience spans from Southern California to the Central coast all the way to Northern California. From Manhattan Beach to Del Mar, from the Paso Robles wine areas to Carmel by the Sea up to San Francisco.. I go where I am led by the treasured clients I consider more family than casual business transactions. Preferring quality vs quantity I focus my attention only to clients I know I can devote myself to. I believe the life of ease and beauty we seek is also seeking us. Matchmaking the two is one of my greatest joys.
