My wife and I started looking for a home around August 2013 and we contacted Jana Steenbach for assistance. We thought we knew exactly what were we looking for but it turns out we had no idea. We looked at a number of houses for about 3 months. We constantly changed our minds and Jana did a wonderful job working with. She was always willing to look for exactly what we asked for in our price range and location. She was very flexible time wise and was willing to show us houses at any time of the week. When we finally found our new home we put in an offer and it got accepted the same time we took a 2 week vacation to Florida. Jana did an excellent job keeping us updated on on all the inspections she was scheduling for us. Jana did all the closing work while we were in Florida and kept us updated via email and phone calls. With all of Jana's patients and hard work she found us the perfect home. She walked us threw everything we needed to know since this was our first time buying a home. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a home contact her. I know if we decide to sell our home I am going to reach out to her as our selling agent.

After retiring from the Navy last year, I was looking to purchase a new home (new to me that is) in Oceanside CA. Jana definitely knows her field. I came out from Colorado and within 25 days I had closed on a manufactured home. She does a lot of behind-the-scenes activities that the buyers and sellers as well never even know about! She's quite clever with her negotiation skills. I know she had been quite busy with the purchasing of this home and she bent over backwards to get me the house of my dreams. Having said that, I wish she would've kept me in the loop a little bit more, but again I know she was quite busy. I found myself having to text her to ask her for updates on a few issues. I would highly recommend Jana to any buyer in the Southern California area.

Jana Steenbock was my realtor when I sold my coach. Spoke with her about two weeks before going on the market. She gave me a few suggestions to prepare for the sale.
