- Janice helped me buy a home
We were new to the area and hoped that Janice would be better at her job. We found the home and so while she set up the visit she didn't deliver any additional value. When we bid on the home, I didn't feel she helped us negotiate at all...it actually cost us $ as we found out later a buyer had left $50K and we should have bid at the -$50K mark but only went down $20K. Will not use her again!
