WOW this lady is totally clueless she has her home on the market for over 200 days and ups the price $5000, we made her a good offer and she was rude to our agent and shoved it to them and said if your people can't afford my house I'm sorry, this lady is so rude she was asking $373900 we offered $352000 plus we pay all the closing fees she came back at $370000 which was $100 less than she had it up for before she up the price
