I highly recommend Janie Gervasi for you real estate needs. Janie is so well informed about the real estate market. She helped me get top dollar for my property. I did not choose her by accident, I researched her and others that had sold property in my area, and she won out. She told me exactly what to expect and the entire process unfolded just as she said. anie was a fantastic realtor to work with. After meeting her the first time, I was very impressed and knew she was the one I wanted handling the sale of my aunts condo. After a walk through, she immediately had ideas of how to stage it and had a plan to get it sold, which she did. I live in Vermont and my aunts condo was in Concord, CA, so I knew nothing about the area. Being so far away it would have been easy to leave me out of the loop on things. With Janie, that did not happen. She kept me well informed and was in constant contact with me. She made the whole process seem effortless, which I know it was not on her part. She negotiated a settlement that I would have never dreamed would have been accepted. Because I was not in the area at the time, there were things that I could not do and she went above and beyond and did things that any other realtor wouldnt have done. We are in hopes to sell our home in Vermont soon and I wish I could transplant her here to sell it. If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing. I would go with her again in a heartbeat.
