I cannot express how amazing JAROD BRITMAN with JK Realty was as our realtor. I am gone a lot for work and my fiance holds down the fort at home. Just on a whim we found a house that we liked and my fiance told me about JAROD. Now that we have closed on our wonderful,new house we know we made the right choice. We ran into a handful of issues with the selling company of the new house that delayed our closing a few times, gave us last minute time crunches, unnecessary stress and a lot of addition or duplicate paperwork. As soon as we would run into a speed bump like that we alwaysgot contacted by JAROD immediately with what to look for next, a new addendum to sign or whatever fun curveball they could throw at us. JAROD made sure we were crystal clear on what was going on with every change even though a few were pretty late in the day. As stressful as buying a new house can be JAROD went above and beyond his responsibilities as a realtor to make it as stress-free and painless as he possibly could. I would have zero qualms referring JAROD to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a house and have full confidence that after the process is done they would be thanking me. Jarod was a 10+. Didn't know him at all, but he was realtor for a house I was interested in. Called him and he called back in minutes.
