Jason Crouch

I first worked with Jason Crouch when he sold a live/work loft in our West Oakland HOA. I work with a LOT of Realtors, and Jason just stands out as exceptional. Jason managed the marketing efficiently, coordinated with everyone involved including HOA Management & The HOA's Board of Directors perfectly, and sold the Unit quickly-setting a new post recession high sale mark for the HOA. Many Realtors come in to an HOA acting as if they are heaven sent and that the HOA is some form of necessary irritant to have to deal with. Jason comes in professionally, respectfully, cheerfully, then team works everything beautifully-dotting all i's and crossing all t's as he goes. He's a straight shooter, excellent communicator, and has a great sense of humor, I now recommend Jason and his company to all those listing to sell, or seeking to purchase, real property in the area.
