  • Jason never responded to my request

      Jason was the seller's agent for the home we just bought. Unfortunately, throughout the whole process, Jason was slow to respond and did not take care of his responsibilities in a timely manner. As a representative of the sellers, he failed to get documents signed on time causing a delay in the closing date. Staging furniture and repairs to the home were not addressed until the day before the original closing date. The seller still has their junk in the garage even after we have closed escrow. There is no information of when they will be coming to remove their personal belongings from our property. I would not recommend Jason for any of your realtor needs because he obvisouly has no control over his responsibilities.
