We had the pleasure and good fortune of meeting and working with our new friend and Realtor Jason Mero this past summer. We were looking for a condo in a particular neighborhood in the Lake Ridge area. This is a sought after neighborhood and when condos go on the market they sell quickly. So we were fortunate that Jason stayed on top of the market everyday for us. We worked well together thanks to his laid back, non-aggressive/pushy manner which we like. He made us feel like we were his family. Jason was always great about meeting us later in the evenings to show us homes to accommodate our work schedules. We ran into some concernsafter the home inspection was completed rest could have been a deal breaker for us. They pertained to issues inside and outside of our condo and Jason worked diligently with the Condo Association to resolve each of the issues so we could get to settlement as planned. We know that was no easy task. He went out of his way to keep us informed every step of the way. Jason is a great communicator and has great resources too. We truly appreciated his patience and dedicated support through what can be an exciting and stressful time in your life. Jason is #1 in our eyes.
