During the entire process Jason was very professional and transparent especially when you are representing both buyer and seller. We knew that there will be multiple offers on the property and Jason was able to help us strike the right price. During the escrow he was in continuous communication with us and the bank and gave us proactive guidance. He kept a pulse on the entire transaction. Once incident was during the closing process where there were delays from the loan agent in completing the paperwork. He stepped in and used his network to escalate matters to the agents' superiors and got everything on track. We totally love our new home, kids are super happy and we completely owe this to Jason. My wife and I were looking to buy a property in the Los Gatos / Cambrian / Campbell area and had been in the market for about 6 months. We came across a property we liked and it was listed by Jason. We talked to him about representing us (buyers) along with the sellers, and it was not an issue for his company or him. From the outset, we were comfortable working with Jason, even though he was representing both sides. He was candid enough to give us the insights into the specific property and also guide us on the neighborhood and the city.Even before the offer due date, Jason asked us to brace ourselves for a bidding war, and recommended strategies for us to employ to make our offer more attractive. One of the strategies was to use a local lender. He not only got us a tiger of a lender but also made sure that we were on top of our game when it came to getting all the documents in order. As expected, there was a bidding war for the property. All throughout the day or so that the process went, Jason kept us updated on what the latest was, and what we were up against. In the end, we ended up paying about 15% more than asking in order to get the house we wanted, but more importantly, the final price was within 1% of what Jason had suggested the house would sell for.Our relationship with Jason did not end when the sale was consummated. He's kept in touch and made sure that we were getting to enjoy the property. He's been advising us on the property tax deadlines and making sure we are on top of it. In addition, he's gone back to the seller a couple times to get things fixed, even though we bought the house after waiving all contingencies. That talks volumes about his dedication to his clients.All in all, we got this house we love courtesy Jason, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a buyers or a sellers agent

I cannot say enough good things about Jason, and I am so happy we chose him as our realtor to buy our first home!
