I have been a Real Estate Agent since 2005. I love what I do because I like helping people achieve their dreams of owning a home. I care about my clients needs before I care about my commission. It's important that my clients understand my values. 2014 was my biggest year ever. I sold more Real Estate last year than all the years combined. I finally realized that I do this because I love it. Finding that perfect home for my buyers and negotiating on their behalf and getting them the price they desire is extremely rewarding for me. I work off referrals mostly. At least 98% of my business right now comes from previous buyer's I helped in the past. I am able to help with purchasing and listing. I am also NMLS licensed to originate mortgage loans. That's what sets me apart from other agents because when working with buyers I am able to do their loan and get them the best rate and lowest fees. I credit all their closing cost. I make money on the Real Estate side and give back.
