After my offer was accepted and I was in escrow, I found out that if I can close a few days earlier, I can avoid extending my lease. If I could give Jason 10 stars,I would because he is that good. I decided to interview him based on Yelp reviews and am so glad I did. He is professional, energetic, personable and enthusiastic - and he knows how to get things done. I gave Jason 3 days to get my house staged, get photos and have it on the brokers tour. I didn't think it was possible but I asked anyway - and Jason did it all. He had 2 open houses the first weekend - keep in mind that's less than one week after the house was ready - and he had record numbers of people come through the house each day. His pricing was just right - it brought in multiple offers - in fact, a LOT of offers - and all but one was way over the list price. The house sold for a record price for the neighborhood and I believe Jason had a lot to do with it. When there was a problem with the buyers' financing (even though they had been pre-approved), Jason held it together by talking with the buyers' agent, following up with the lender, and talking me off the ledge when I was ready to kill the deal. I've bought and sold multiple homes and Jason is far and away the best agent I've ever worked with!

Just like everyone else, we had nothing but a stellar experience with Jason. Here's why:When we first started interviewing agents, the first person we called was Jason.
