Do not rent from this property manager!! Jeanne Reimer will screw you any way she can and especially out of your deposit! My husband and I rented a house from her. We are an older couple, no kids, no pets. Took EXTREMELY great care of the home, that she even thanked us for on move out day. Paid $500 to have it professionally cleaned prior to move out. When we went to pick up our $1750 deposit she had deducted an additional $925 for cleaning fees and gave us a check for $825!!! WTH! We left the house clean as a whistle!! No rhyme or reason, just simply a THEIF!! So expect to forfeit your deposit when you move out! And don’t bother having it professionally cleaned as she will “supposedly” have it done again at twice the price!!
