It is critical to work with a professional who specializes in foreclosures rather than a typical
resale agent that has no experience with these unique listings. I am seasoned in dealing
with all of the different scenarios that come along with problem properties or challenged
areas.
Another item to note is with the vast number of foreclosures on the market today, we are
currently seeing a lot of vandalism and many homes are being occupied by transients. I
have developed a system between my vendors, agents and myself that we all personally
inspect the properties each week to insure that the homes remain in good condition.
Additionally, I work with the city and the county with problems that occur in regards to
permits, sub-standard structures and other various problems that may arise.
