Jeff provided excellent service in helping my brother and I sell our mother's home after she passed away. Jeff went above and beyond as a listing agent. We first consulted with Jeff during our mother's illness and he was very patient and understanding of our difficult situation. We ultimately did not list until after she passed, at which time Jeff jumped in as quarterback to assist us--both of whom live out of state--with the logistics of clearing out her house and making minor improvements for the sale. Looking back on his advice, all of it was sound and I think we arrived at the best outcome possible. He clearly knows the market and real estate strategy well. He is also tenacious. When the sale looked like the buyer would not be able to get their loan, he used his resources to help steer them in the right direction so they could complete the sale.
