We would recommend Jeff Lieb’s services for anyone buying and/or selling a home, as his knowledge of the industry, and his transparency in the process, will provide you a positive experience with a satisfying result. We are confident that Jeff helped us get the most we could from the sale of our home, and the most house for the money that we spent. For the sale of our home, Jeff worked with us to set a pricing strategy (versus “a price”) which would net us the best result, and as the selling experience unfolded we watched Jeff’s predictions come true (multiple offers and a sale over asking price). In making offers to buy, Jeff worked with us to fit our offer strategy to the specific houses we were interested in, including how long to wait (or not), how much to offer, and terms to stipulate with the offer. He always seemed to have the right answer for the situation we were in. In the end we saved tens of thousands on our purchase, which Jeff also helped us protect during the post-offer negotiations (home inspection findings, etc). Over two years we saw many houses with Jeff, and each time he made sure that we made progress toward our goal. He took each opportunity to help us understand a little better what we were looking for, and to learn that for himself as well. Jeff used that information to guide to the perfect house for us. In many ways he treats you like family: he’s open and direct, expects the best of you and for you, and enthusiastically has your best interests at heart. We’ve been in our new home now for a year as of this post, and we are immensely happy. That happiness came from buying into the process with Jeff, and letting him help us find the right home to fit our needs and wants. We would strongly recommend Jeff to help anyone else do the same.
