Originally from New Jersey, JENNIFER CALENDA, has made her home in Southwest Florida since 1998. In 2000, she embarked on what would quickly become a successful career in residential real estate; closing on 20 sales totaling nearly $5 million in just her first full year on the job. Since then, she has logged over $110 million in residential property sales. Previously with Prudential Florida, her accomplishments there earned her membership in “The Chairman’s Circle Gold” and The Chairman’s Circle Platinum,” which placed her among the top 2-3% of agents nationwide. Moreover, for two years, she was recognized as “Tops in Customer Satisfaction” by Gulfshore Life Magazine in its annual reader survey for the Punta Gorda area. After obtaining a degree in finance and accounting from Drexel University, in Philadelphia, she earned her MBA in finance & real estate from Rutgers University, in New Brunswick, N.J. She worked for 15
