We were out of state sellers who inherited a 50-year-old Mission Viejo home. We listed the house with Jennifer who encouraged us to renovate the house versus selling as is to maximize our return. She then proceeded to help us manage the cleanup, renovation, even down to picking out light fixtures, paint, cabinets, colors, etc etc. with resources she recommended (who were fantastic!). It was a very big task that took up several months of Jennifer's time. When it came time to market the home, Jennifer handled everything like the pro she is. From staging to professional photography she managed it all. We received multiple offers and sold the home quickly making a much higher return than we had anticipated because of all her work. From the start of listing our house, it felt like the odds were against us because four of the same exact floor plans hit the market at the same time. Jennifer came up with unique ways to make our home stand out from the rest. She made us a cute photo board that showcased all of the kids and families in our cul-de-sac to market to young families. She also made us laminated feature cards to place around our home which highlighted things about our house that the other four homes did not have. Her efforts worked because we were the first and only ones to receive an offer and enter into escrow. I was stressed and anxious the whole time, but Jennifer always knew how to calm me down and was extremely patient with all of my silly questions. She even ensured me multiple times that if I needed to call her at 2:00 or 3:00 am she would be there to answer. For the purchase side, Jennifer helped us purchase a new build. This was also a stressful situation in that the demand for these homes were extremely high. They were completely sold out and they had over 130 people on their interest list. Jennifer made sure that the sales team knew who we were. She came up with ways for us to frequently visit the sales office to keep us connected with them. She spoke with the sales manager numerous times and ultimately put us in a prime position to get us qualified and placed towards the top of their priority list and we were able to purchase our dream home. Through it all, Jennifer truly had our best interest at heart. She was so professional yet always made us feel like she was our friend first. I could go to her with any concerns and she was always there. I highly recommend Jennifer, she was amazing and I will definitely be using her for our future real estate needs!
