Jennifer Parson

Jennie has lived her life in Denver, and has been involved in real estate all of her working life. She received degrees in business and finance from The University of Colorado in Boulder, and promptly went to work as a transaction coordinator for a top real estate producer where she learned the nuts and bolts of listing properties, working with clients of all income levels and closing property transactions. As a licensed broker, she also began investing in and remodeling homes in and around Denver at a very young age, and eventually became a partner in a construction company in which she has been involved for several years. The company has built numerous custom homes in the $1 million to $3.5 million range in the Denver Metro area. Jennie always has her eye on land opportunities for development, and is very focused on future value in residential property.
