Jennifer Shuffelbottom

Jennifer is very easy to work with. She was polite, professional, and answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. Jennifer, and her husband, Matt, made my buying experience easy.

Jennifer (and hubby Matt) are both extremely knowledgeable about area real estate. They always make us feel like we are their most important clients. From the listing process clear through the sale, they've been there for us.

How about a 22 STAR Review.....Jennifer went out of her way to keep in contact with me., which I appreciated so very much...very outgoing and always had a smile., the little details that she mentioned regarding staging really help.!!!.always on time for open house, or even 15 or 20 minutes early. Her smile and bubbley personality was extra ordinary..She was professionally dressed and just a person I would like to have as an everlasting friend. Very honest forthright and upbeat.

Jennifer and Matt are absolutely wonderful realtors and positively delightful people. They were of immense help to my husband and me as we bought our first house. Their expert guidance made the process smooth and painless. My husband and I were concerned with being able to navigate particularities such as a solar lease the seller had in place, but we were impressed when Matt and Jennifer made that a breeze as well conducting their own research and helping us along. We greatly enjoyed house hunting with them not only because of their professionalism and adept knowledge, but also because of their warm, friendly humor. We felt that they genuinely cared about our experience and ensured that we got the best deal. We were grateful for their experience when it came time to make an offer, and with their suggestions we got a better deal than my husband and I would have tried for ourselves. They were fantastic to work with through the entire process, and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

I'll confess--my past dealings with realtors left me unimpressed. Matt and Jennifer changed my mind. They were there every step of the way, helping not only with the buying process, but going beyond to assist us in the transition. We had to conduct our sale long distance and I am not sure how we would have done it without their invaluable, professional and efficient help. Ten stars!

Our experience with Jennifer & Matt was amazing! We recently relocated from Seattle and were referred by an agent in Washington. We were lucky enough to be paired with the husband and wife team of Matt and Jennifer Shufflebottom. They couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Were first time home buyers who didnt know what to expect, and thought the process might be a long, drawn-out and stressful experience. Our experience proved to be the complete opposite. The Shufflebottoms and their entire team were very responsive having good communication really made the process easy for us. We had a one month closing date window that needed to be achieved and they pulled it off without a hitch. Having a complete in-house services team just makes sense. From mortgage and title to insurance, theyve got it covered. This really helped us eliminate the time we would have spent researching on our own. We will highly recommend Matt and Jennifer Shufflebottom along with the entire team at Long Realty Company to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Tucson, AZ area. Sincerely, Kevin and Terri Tinker

Jennifer and Matt took the time to get to know our needs and remembered them as we were looking at homes. They pointed out small details about the properties that helped guide our decision. Working as a team, they were able to meet all our needs. As a bonus they are genuinely delightful people. We enjoyed getting to know them.
