Jeremy and team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole home buying and sales process. It seems like such an easy process until you actually are in it. After seeing everything that goes into the sale of your home, it was good to know we had someone like Jeremy on our side from listing day all the way through closing. We can't thank him enough and couldn't be happier with our new home!

I couldn't imagine buying a home without Jeremy. I almost want to buy another home just to make sure I can go through the experience with him. My fiancee and I moved here from the SF bay area, which I think everyone could agree, is a pretty different real estate market. Right off the bat we could tell that Jeremy's approach and personality were what we needed. Other agents we talked to were falling over themselves to try and sell us the first thing we saw. Jeremy made us think more about what we were looking for, and was able to bring so much to the table in helping us make that decision. He gave us some tough love about the houses we were finding online, which was invaluable to us since we were floundering in the nuances of this new market. Jeremy's experience on the building side also shines through when you walk through a house with him. He has a keen eye for when an issue is cosmetic or more serious because he knows what is going on underneath. Where Jeremy really shined was after we made our offer. The sellers had some atypical expectations and he kept the deal on the straight and narrow. He insulated us from so much of the stress and minutia of negotiating that when he came back to us with a counter from the other side, we knew that it was something that we should consider and not whatever lowball the sellers had. In short, 6/5 stars, can't wait to use again.

My family and I relocated from Florida this summer and had no leads on local realtors, just names we had found online. We knew we needed someone knowledgeable and attentive as we had a short time to find a house and close on it. Our mortgage officer recommended Jeremy to my husband and I and we are so thankful that she did. We had narrowed down our realtor search to Jeremy and another local realtor. Jeremy was so much more attentive and even video chatted with us to go over any questions we had about the buying process. He was knowledgeable and patient. When we landed in KS, ready to start looking at houses he already had 9 homes scheduled for us to look at. Unfortunately, we did not find a home that first day. Being that my husband and I have never been to KS we really didn't know the area well. So we decided that the next day, we would just drive around and familiarize ourselves with the area near my husband's new workplace. After driving around for a few hours we stumbled upon an open house. It looked really nice from the outside in a wonderful neighborhood so we decided to check it out. We spent 45 min looking at this house and knew that it was the one so we called Jeremy and asked him if he could schedule a time for us to walk it with him. He did even better, he told us (on a Saturday afternoon, mind you) to meet him over at the house as the open house was still going on and walked it with us! We spent over an hour walking the house and having him point out big items that needed repaired or attention. We made our decision then and there to put an offer on the house and Jeremy guided us as we knew there would be at least one other offer on the table. The offer was submitted and not even 4 hrs later was accepted! Our story does not end here though. Jeremy had a signed offer and commitment from us. He could have easily pushed us to the side, but he didn't. He was on the ball and had all inspections scheduled (and attended all of them). If I needed any local recommendations, he was my first point of contact. We closed on our house 2 weeks ago and Jeremy is still reaching out to us to make sure we are settled in and doing well. We have a 4 yr old daughter and he sends me texts on fun things to do with her. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy. If our family is ever in the market to buy/sell, I would not hesitate to use him again!

Jeremy is an incredible ally when it's time to buy or sell a home. His knowledge of the market and the process is extensive, and his communication is stellar. I met and worked with Jeremy when considering a move in 2016, though I opted to stay in my home at the time. I stayed in touch with him, often asking him for updates and information about the market. In 2019 when I decided to sell my home, he helped me with my very specific needs through the process. He had the knowledge, experience and alliances to handle what I needed, but also the sensitivity and kindness to help me make some tough decisions related to my situation. He has the integrity and courage to be honest and straight with people so they can navigate the process successfully.

We moved to Overland Park from Nebraska and noticed Jeremy's name on a few "For Sale" signs in the area so we gave him a call for help. He was exactly what we needed. He knew so much about the area and details about local construction methods, we felt his advice was 100% trustworthy and accurate. We found a house within weeks and he helped us throughout the sale by giving references for insurance, mortgage loan officers, and multiple contractors to help fix up the house before we moved in. Applebaum Realty Group is top notch and we're so glad we made the call.

After our mom passed we interviewed multiple realtors before unanimously choosing Jeremy/Applebaum Realty Group. His attention to detail as he moved through the house the first time was unmatched. He thoughtfully laid out his plan for a successful sale and confidently refuted my assumption that his company was one of the smaller players in the world of KC realty. He was professional, personable and so kind with our grief. He was not flashy with bells and whistles/paying extra for photos/marketing/etc. I appreciated a one stop shop where he coordinated everything. He gave us a plan moving forward-- what to keep; what to fix (and gave ah.maz.ing and affordable references!). As the months turned into over a year he respectfully kept in contact (after asking if he could and how ofter) with handwritten letters to check in and see how we were doing after her loss; not when are you ready to sell. When we were ready to move forward he and Liron swiftly did the finishing touches and had everything ready to go within 2 weeks (navigating end of the year holidays). His photographer was so great! We listed on Thursday-- had 67 showings by Sunday with 10 plus offers (It was a great house in a great local!) Jeremy created a spreadsheet for us identifying the offers he felt were the strongest/less likely to fall through/have hurdles (not just highest); those offers that were strong and the others. We also had him collect letters from potential buyers to help with our decision. We chose to just look at the strongest offers and quickly made a decision. Then the rest of the process was so smooth/stress free and quick. He kept us up to date on the process the entire time. And of course checked in with us to see how we were doing emotionally. His empathy during this heartbreaking time was paramount to our comfort. We wholeheartedly would recommend Jeremy and Applebaum Realty to anyone who doesn't just want to be a number or a sale.
