Jeremy Brandow

Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is a licensed Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser. Jeremy has a unique background in real estate. He’s worked as a property manager and leasing agent for Royse & Brinkmeyer Apartments, built his own portfolio of residential rental properties, co-founded a local HVAC company which experienced over 100% revenue growth each year he owned it, and founded a residential appraisal company all in the past 18 years. As a Realtor and team leader, Jeremy’s clients enjoy his expertise in helping them price their home for sale while also making sure his buyer’s don’t pay too much for their new home. He’s developed a comprehensive seller marketing plan and smooth buyer process for his clients with a team of energetic, reliable, and friendly agents. Along with a strong partnership with Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell, Jeremy and his team provide professional brokerage services for home buyers and sellers throughout Central Illinois.
