We're not inveterate flippers, but we have bought and sold four homes in the past ten years, and been involved in the sale of two others disposing of estates. The Hannons have been by far the most diligent, professional, and effective of any of the agents we've used, either buying or selling.They are well attuned to the factors affecting the market in Naples/Bonita Springs/Estero, and are sensitive to the differences between the various communities. Their advice is balanced and thoughtful, not aggressive in trying to manage expectations on the part of the seller downwards for a quick sale. Their marketing efforts were above reproach, and we feel their presentation of the home brought buyers looking for what we had to offer, not those seeking the lowest price per square foot in the relevant neighborhood. Jerri and Jesse Hannon are a truly awesome husband and wife realtor team. When my brother and I relocated from Arkansas to SW Florida, we thought that Ft Myers was the area we would like the best. The Hannons took us to every property we researched, together with properties they felt met our wants. Ultimately, we felt that Ft Myers was too congested and we turned our attention further south. After weeks of patiently showing us properties from North Ft Myers to South Naples, we made an offer that was accepted for a condo in Estero. Here is why the Hannon Team is special. There was an announced Sat and Sun Open House for the property, and the Hannons were in Tampa for continuing education. My brother and I drove over to the condo on Sat morning, to see if we liked it, and we did. We called Jerri to ask if she could meet us at the condo on Sunday, since we were excited about the condo. She called us back about 15 minutes later and told us that she was leaving the seminar and that she would meet us at the condo, to look at it that afternoon. The rest is history. She drove to Estero to view the condo with us, and we made the offer thereafter. There were FOUR offers received that day. We are convinced that the condo would not have been available on Sunday, since we were told that our offer was slightly lower than another that was received on Saturday. The structure of the offer- thanks to Jerri- was what made the difference. But for her expertise, we might still be looking. I happily give Jerri and Jesse Hannon 5 stars for their efforts. They candidly pointed out strengths and weaknesses of the various properties we toured, and they were knowledgeable about the costs to fix deficiencies and to make upgrades, so we had a good idea of what the total cost of the property should be.

I called Jeri Hannon, because they listed and sold another close by condo. I have never worked with them before. After I called Jeri, (she answered the call right away, so no phone tag). The following morning, she and her husband came by and gave me a sales price estimate which was much higher than what I expected. They even predicted that we could sell the condo for over asking price. Since I was ill at the time they prepared the condo by removing our personal belongings and delivering them to my house. My wife received an outstanding career opportunity that required that we relocate to much warmer weather. Initially when we contacted Jeri and Jesse we thought that we would rent our townhouse. As the time for the move approached we started to have concerns about being 2,000 miles away from a rental property and all the issues that could arise. We sat down with Jeri and Jesse again to look at our options and were taken through a very thoughtful evaluation of our options and at the conclusion of this valuable discussion choose to list our home for sale. Jesse advised we repaint part of the house and replace the carpet. We had nine good years raising our son in the house and some of the walls and carpet showed heavy use. Jesse was able to bring in very good people to do the work and quite frankly managed the work since we were already on flights out of town. This is above and beyond the scope of what one would expect from any realtor in my experience. We listed the house on a Thursday. Jeri and Jesse spent a week getting the house ready to show. When it was released to market the following Thursday, a multitude of showings were scheduled. On Friday Jesse called with an offer above the listing price. We have owned several homes over the years and have relocated for work many times. Never have we been supported in such a professional and personal manner as we were by Jeri and Jesse Hannon.

Jeri and Jesse make a great team. We bought a house, then sold ours and as you can imagine, thats a very scary thing to do! For buying the house, they were always available to show us properties and really knew how to hone in on our likes/dislikes. They knew exactly what type of offer would get us the house of our dreams and thats exactly what happened! They also provided the best inspectors and took care of setting everything up. They even had a fantastic moving crew for us. The more important piece for us was selling our previous house as money was tight and we couldnt carry it. Jeri and Jesse understood this need and ensured that they did hard work on comps, giving us the right list of beautifying of our house, marketed appropriately, and most important of all pricing our house for lots of showings and offers. Jesse and Jeri were very helpful with the preparation of the property for sale, lining up labor for the preparations and when I wasnt able to meet the laborers, they arranged for access to the condo and monitored the labor through completion of the work. Within the first week of listing the property we had three showings. Jerri and Jesse utilize a very effect email system that notifies the seller of a showing and provides comments/feedback from the perspective buyers. I was always in the loop with exactly what was happening with the condo. Jerri and Jesse demonstrated their attentiveness when during this period the Maryland area experienced a hurricane. The next morning before 9:00 am, I had a text message from Jesse telling me that he had already inspected the condo that morning and found that there was no damage to the condo due to the hurricane. Excellent customer service! Jeri and Jesse prepared an in-depth analysis of similar surrounding properties and walked me through an evaluation to determine the list price of the condo I was selling. Their analysis was right on target as within two weeks I had a solid cash offer for the property.
