  • Jerry and I connected, but did no business

The worst realtor I have every seen. I would never ever use him again

    • Jerry never responded to my request

This guy bought beautiful property to destroy not only the land for cheaply built houses but destroyed a beautiful community and tore down a house filled with lead paint & asbestos, dug a hole, burnt it and then covered it back up thinking you’ll buy a piece of over priced acre and have him build a shit house on it. And he didn’t care of the smoke going directly into a young couples house while she was 8 months pregnant. What a guy!!!

      • Jerry and I connected, but did no business

Referred my friend to him. He took her earnest deposit and NEVER GAVE HER A CONTRACT and when she asked for her money back he would not give it to her, because he state he told her it was non-refundable which he did, but he DIDN'T GIVE HER A CONTRACT, so he is the one that broke the deal.. Will not refund her money. Will never do business with him again and WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO HIM.

        • Jerry showed me homes

Let me start this long review by stating it's a review on Jerry and his business practices. But it's also a warning to others to be sure you have no doubt on your decision. My wife and I spent at least two hours looking at three different houses Jerry was selling as the owner as well as our buying agent. After walking through the houses several times, we decided on the one we liked the best. Negotiated a price and sealed the deal with $1240 cash down. Jerry didn't have any paper work with him for us to sign and I didn't request a receipt for the cash. That's on me. Jerry told us it was a non-refundable due diligence deposit and this would allow him to remove the listing from the site. He also said he would email me the receipt, the buyers contract, property restrictions and the survey when he got back to the office that same afternoon. After giving it a night to think about the property, we decided to not move forward with the purchase. This wasn't on Jerry or his property, we just changed our mind. Now I know the deposit was stated as non- refundable, but the reason due diligence deposit in NC is this way is to assure the seller you are a serious buyer so they can remove the listing and stop the showings. Now keep in mind we put the money down at about 3pm on Thursday and I texted Jerry at 10am the next morning. He didn't lose any sales. Nor did he do any of the requirements on his end to meet our agreement. Jerry replied to my first text notifying him of our decision but no reply yet on the refund. Time will tell. I will update this review if the situation changes. Just another life lesson learned:(
