Do not rent or buy from Jerry Thurman/RedE Holdings LLC/Anushka Reddy. If you see a listing by them, run far, far away. Housing is decrepit, not up to code, and dangerous. He will knowingly break the law and knowingly put your life in danger if they think they can make money off you. He also yells at tenants for his own property being broken and him having to come out to “fix” it (aka create more fire hazards). He will keep your deposit illegally and take your things. Makes false promises he won’t keep, assuming you won’t follow up. Blatantly lies about what is in your leasing contract and just hopes you won’t look. Keeps things from his higher ups and lies and yells at you if you go above him. The higher ups had no idea what was going on at all and he threatened us many times because he got in trouble and “could lose his job”. Knowingly put my life in danger so badly that the police and victim advocacy were appalled. He is discriminatory against not only LGBT but the disabled as well. Well, maybe if you did the bare minimum of your job instead of fixing wiring with chip clips (a huge fire hazard), you wouldn’t possibly “lose your job”, which after he stopped screaming at one tenant who had nothing to do with it did he admit his job was fine. If he can’t get what he wants from one tenant, he’ll harass the next and try to blame the first tenant. He calls and texts at midnight and 1a and expects you to answer. Only will come over late at night (in a home full of women, which is.. suspicious). There will be more posted, but this is the start. There is a reason he can’t keep a tenant or sell a house. Manipulative and narcissistic, a sincere slum lord with an anger issue.
