Jessica Holland

Jessica was born in Tampa, Florida but raised mostly in Raleigh, so she definitely considers herself a North Carolina native! After studying Art History at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida she went into the insurance business. After finding much success, it wasn’t fulfilling her need to be creative, so she decided to move on from pushing paper and find something that allowed her to flex her creative muscles. She completed a Ralph Lauren faux painting certification course and for the next 13 years worked in interior design, building and development. Real estate seemed to be the natural progression to incorporate all of her interests and loves helping her clients through the selling process as well as finding their new dream home.
