I wasn’t sure if I wanted to rent or sell my first home. So a family friend and a very reputable real estate investor from Hawaii introduced me to Jessica. I told her we had alot many fond memories and family gatherings at our home that we were very emotionally attached and would like to some day come back to it. She helped me to understand the market and make a better informed decision. We ended up deciding to rent it out. Eventually our family grew and we realized that we also outgrew the size of the house. So after a couple years we decided to put the house on the market. Jessica kept us updated with the market all the mean while and when it came to that time we were able to sell the home for top dollar. Besides the normal repairs and updates we did before the sale. We ran into a few road blocks along the way. We had to make repairs to the electrical outlets, a water leak in the bathroom, termite damaged wood, replace a water heater and bringing the home up to code. It started to become a little stressful, but Jessica was on it. She was able to coordinate everything from dealing with the contractors, all the formal and legal documents and meeting every deadline to be able to sell the house in less than a month. She was great at negotiating everything and she was able to save me money without cutting corners. I learned a lot on what it takes to be a successful realtor and I knew that I was in good hands. I was able to call her at any hour of the day and she would answer immediately. There were numerous times she pulled on the side of the road to answer all kinds of random questions just so I could have peace of mind. She reassured me that I was her number one priority throughout the entire process. Jessica is a master at her trade. We will be looking forward to working with her again when we move back to San Diego. I can’t express enough how much she’s done for us and she’s more than just the best realtor in San Diego, she will be a lifelong friend and family to us.
