Excellent. We were from Pennsylvania and not very familiar with the locations and options on 55+ housing communities. She guided us to an area which she felt we would find compatible and she was absolutely correct. She was very cooperative in showing us homes we had found on the Internet. She recommended an inspector, a pest control company and others that were very good choices. Overall, we were very pleased that we happened to meet Jillian as a result of a cold call to see a house advertised by her firm.
