Jim contacted me via text because he saw my ad for my home for sale, I kindly informed him that I was not interested. That's when he became angry and insulting, harassing me via text calling me a princess, and threatening me.. Its said that people like him fall through the cracks of the background checks and get real estate licenses!!! He continues to bother me via text and blocked crank calling my cell phone. I just filled a complaint with the bureau of realtors against him.

Worst agent I have ever worked with.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPORT HIM TO THE STATE BOARD OF REALTORS. GREEDY...SCUM.

After checking the Department of Real Estate web site I found Mr. Campbell to be in good standing. After working with Mr. Campbell I will say that all services were preformed as agreed. I found him to be knowledgeable, easy to reach, and responsive to my questions. His fee schedule was excellent and allowed me the flexibility others would not. Thank you again. Lonnie H.

Unprofessional broker that is not associated with any professional association of realtors. Working alone in order to perform unprofessional and unethical service. We signed the listing agreement he advertise to provide full service. Only did listing on MLS and post my cell phone pictures of house. Produce no showings. When we requested to remove our property from MLS and end listing agreement due to breach of contract specifically inadequate marketing effort. Stop communicating for few days, then send cancelation of agreement and requested 1% pay for the marketing. Ironically exactly for the same reason we want to cancel the agreement. We refuse to pay it and reported him to the Department of Real Estate of California and Attorney General as well as planning to give them negative feedback on any possible website including realtor.com. DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT WITH HIM!
