We had many options when partnering with a Real Estate Agent and couldn't be any happier that we chose Jim. We had a very specific list of "must haves" when looking for our new Walnut Creek home and Jim took the time to make sure that we were satisfied throughout the entire process. He's very easy to work with, super knowledgeable of the area, and a really nice guy. At the beginning, he helped narrow our search with custom-tailored listings and didn't begrudge showing us a ton of homes that we wanted to see. The process can be a little daunting and frustrating, but he had a great attitude and assured us that he'd show us as many homes as it took to find "our home." We started looking in late March and closed escrow yesterday (just 2 months later) on a beautiful new home in The Woodlands.
