We arrived in the Phoenix area from out of state so knew nothing about the area except what we had read online. We met with several agents and found that Jim listened to our needs, didn't try to upsell us, was full time so he had more hours available, and was not limited to one town or small area. We plan to call him when we are ready to sell our home in Casa Grande that we purchased with Jim's help.
