Jim is hands-down the best realtor we've ever worked with (having bought and sold 7 houses in the past). He knows his stuff, is uber invested in helping you and really LISTENS. He navigated us thru an experience that was pretty intense, having relocated to Carolinas after living in S Florida for 42 years and knowing practically NOTHING about the area. Jim was always there for us and he even came to the showroom with us to make sure we didn't go overboard . We were sure glad he did ,because we didn't know at the time to bring our checkbook for savings to write a check and he fixed it for us with a few calls. He also came with us for the final inspection of our new home. What a great asset to your company. He goes well above and definitely, beyond ,being a great realtor.
