My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Jinaye and her family in our Cambridge Place Subdivision in Gilroy. She had four listings in the subdivision and had recently sold the home across the street from our home. Our home sold for the highest sales price per square foot in the subdivision to date and we were so excited.Jinaye started with the next phase of our home ownership immediately. She guided us through the loan approval process with one of her specialists, conducted inspections and then introduced us to contractors to ensure we could improve our new home. Our home Buyers' journey was quite colorful and exciting.Taking into account the ultimatum we received from our children got from that they WANTED to stay in their same schools.
